ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

Level 5 Credits 162 (Learning Programme 60269)

In order to compete successfully in a global economy, the private and public sectors need to continuously improve their performance in terms of delivering good services efficiently, effectively and economically.

Many organisations develop their employees internally and promote them into management positions yet recognise they still lack skills. This management development programme will enable your emerging leaders to grow to effectively manage their teams and make a positive contribution to the organisation.

The focus of this qualification is to enable learners to develop competencies in a range of business disciplines, skills, attitudes and values. This programme will enable new managers to unleash the potential of their teams. Furthermore this qualification is fundamental for the creation of a talent pool of experienced and effective managers in your organisation.

Structure and Delivery

Part time – 10 months (5 days per study block) and Evening Classes – week days 15:00 – 20:00 and two Saturday mornings.
